So many mediation and dispute resolution professionals have pivoted to using Zoom or other video-conference programs to conduct their proceedings online that it seems everyone these days is "Zooming!" However, there is one feature of Zoom (and many of the other programs) that is harldy used by dispute resolution professionals and that is the ability to RECORD! Believe it or not, the ability to record a Zoom meeting can be an incredibly easy and inexpensive way to create useful videos that have a multitude of uses in your practice! You'll probably never hit "Record" in a mediation, but there are many reasons why it just might become one of your favorite features too!
